GENERAL RULES
Do not back-talk to Admin, if they ask you to do something, please do it.
Respect each other, it goes a long way.
Arguing about something must be taken to PM! Not the Chat box or a thread. Just PM.
No stealing another person's work. Remember whether it was a post or a graphic, they made it. It is their property.
If you don't reply to Activity Checks your account will be deleted. Unless you have excused yourself from it due to being away for whatever reason.
Guests are to be handled as future members. Please be friendly, welcoming and helpful to them if they register in the Chat box, or ask a question on the forum. If a guest has ill intentions and insists on starting a fight or is simply flaming, do not engage with them. Simply ignore them, act as if they aren't there, and alert a Staff member as soon as possible, providing their display name and the place and time of their inappropriate words.
No major swearing, you can swear sometimes but be aware there may be younger members here that don't approve of swear words.
ROLEPLAYING RULES
No God-modding, power-playing, or anything like that.
No graphic scenes or anything like that, if you want to have a graphic fighting thread, then alert a Staff member and clearly label your thread with a warning.
If you're actually reading these rules, post, "Purple Elephants" under your first character creation post.
Stay literate! Try to spell everything correctly, if you can't then that's fine. You are not allowed to use *'s when roleplaying. Type properly - Like you're writing a story. (:
No chat speak in roleplay posts. No u, ur, lol, rofl, etc. OOC is fine.
CHAT BOX RULES
No links in your name.
No posting links to other sites. In other words, NO ADVERTISING!
Keep the swearing to a minimum please.
No spamming or flooding the chat box.
CHARACTER RULES
Only 5 characters per person, if you want to make more characters, PM a Staff member and they will decide. But that's only if you are active with all your characters. Please put the names of the characters you roleplay in your signature! That way people will know pretty easily who you RP. Character Files may be added in the future. Member lists will also include the username's after the cat's names.
1 High Rank character allowed per account (Leader, Medicine Cat, Deputy, Medicine Cat apprentice). This applies to everyone! Even Staff. We want to keep this fair.
This is not fantasy! No wings, magical powers, unicorn horns, or anything like that.
No already dead-cats unless you have talked to a Staff member with good detail of why you want to make a dead cat.
Names from the books are allowed.
