The Grove.

A small grove of trees that is close to camp. The trees are close to each other and there's a small, muddy area in the grove. The grove is where you can hunt birds. Most of the trees are oaks and birches, though there is an occasional maple. Sometimes, lizards and frogs appear at the muddy areas.

IslandBreeze sat at the trunk of a large oak, waiting for SlinkStar and IntenseShadow to catch up.

SlinkStar padded up to her with a warm smile and wraps her tail around her paws.

IntenseShadow follows swiftly, smiling slightly.

IslandBreeze parted her jaws and took in the surrounding scents, catching the scent of blackbird. She hopped silently through the underbrush, following the scent.

She slowly scents the air, a strong whiff of pigeon coming. She dropped into a crouch, her eyes fixed on a pigeon. Slowly, she stepped lightly over to it and pounces, killing it with a swift bite.

The tom gives a light purr, "Nice catch!"

She offered him a warm smile. "Thank you. Why don't you try?"

He nods, scenting the air cautiously, locating a blackbird. He lowers into a crouch, stalking it slowly. Pouncing swiftly, he kills it with a swift bite to the neck, leaving it hanging from his jaws.

IslandBreeze dropped into a crouch and stalked towards the other blackbird, pouncing when she got near. She killed the bird with a swift blow to the neck and emerged from the underbrush with her prey hanging lifelessly from her jaws.

He tries to speak, "Great catch." He mews in a muffled voice.

"Great catches, everyone." She calls, purring loudly. She tipped her head on one side. "Would you guys like to continue to hunt; or go back to camp?"

"I think we have enough for now." IslandBreeze replied, her gaze turning to IntenseShadow. "What do you think?"

She gave an approved nod. "Good thinking," She meows with a brief smile.

He nods, flicking his tail, "I agree with IslandBreeze."

She nods and lowers her head, picking up her pigeon before trotting back to camp.

"All right." She replied, picking up her prey. "Ret's go." IslandBreeze meowed, her voice muffled by the blackbird's feathers. xD

He nods, grinning.
