SpruceKit waddled from the nursery, to the camp. Her eyes focused on the ground, she grabs a mouse. Amusing herself with it by pretending to kill it, she eats it up. Trying to stay away from the other cats.

LittleFur threw an amused glance at SpruceKit, furtively catching her eye and smiling. She turned back to her leader. "I'm alright, thank you, OrchardStar. How are you?"

The She-kit slunk back, looking at the cats she had never seen before. and spotting one, the one who brought her here. I'm sure they are going to eat me! She thought. closing her eyes and putting her head on her tortoiseshell paws, and putting her ears back.

Charredkit, who had been running to chase after a mossball, hadn't thought to look where he was going and bumped into Orchardstar. He looked up. "Oh sorry Orchardstar! Uhm. Hi Sprucekit!" He said.
